ExposIT offers a premium service that provides a three hour pickup from report of fault. This means if your Mac stops working, register the fault with our web site and have a skilled technician onsite to your work place of home within 3 hours.
If your Mac can be fixed onsite you will be charged for parts at cost price and an hourly rate of $80.00. Most onsite repairs take less then one hour. Call out fees apply for our premium service if required. Call us now if your Mac is dead!
If your Mac cannot be repaired onsite we can take it back to our service centre for more detailed repairs. In that case you will be provided with a expected cost of service quote. The expected cost of service will include all charged time and parts.
A replacement Apple computer can be provided while your Mac is being repaired. Additional charges apply.
Please note that our services are not covered by any Apple warranties and that all onsite services are payable on completion of the call out unless a credit has been approved.
